Hello I’m Marius.
I do two things. First, I identify problems and opportunities at the intersection of technology and sustainability. Second, I develop technological solutions, scientific models, and processes to address them effectively. My approach is based on systems thinking, curiosity, and interdisciplinarity.

I do this at NORM, the proptech startup I co-founded in early 2023, and through independent consulting for companies and public institutions. I also teach - for example at CUREM - and lead workshops and hold presentations.
My background includes a doctorate from ETH Zürich , co-founding Posmo, a mobility data cooperative, and professional experience in the real estate sector.
